At Phone Life, we make it easy to get your phone accessories and repair parts delivered fast, anywhere in New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.50 NZ-wide on all orders, no matter how many items you buy.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday–Friday) are packed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days for urban addresses and 3–5 business days for rural deliveries.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Provider

We use trusted NZ courier services to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will investigate and make it right.
